We offer every opportunity to fish for inshore species such as Snook, Redfish, Trout, Pompano, etc. On the other hand off shore trolling for Sailfish, Marlin, Dolphin and Wahoo are very exciting while drift fishing for Snapper, Grouper, King Fish or bottom fish is a great experience. This location has a lot to offer for the inshore or offshore enthusiast.

In the Low Country of South Carolina the area is well known for it's abundance of wildlife as well as its beautiful farm land and rich southern hospitality.

South Carolina is well known for being the longest rifle season in the United States. The deer season starts in August. This time of year the bucks are still in their bachelor groups in velvet.

The property is just over 2000 acres of mixed agricultural fields, river bottoms, pines and hardwoods with all modern stands, shooting houses and blinds so that we can accommodate everyone. Whether you are coming to South Carolina to hunt deer or turkey you will find this area to be very inviting and affordable

Spring turkey hunts provide prime conditions to call in gobblers and enjoy a pristine morning experience to remember.

Deer Season (Rifle) August 15th to January 1st

$225.00/day per person: Aug 15-Aug 31 & Oct 15-Nov 15

Hunter maximum :
Up to 4 hunters per day

3 Day Minimum:
Sunday evening through Wednesday morning (3 days) Wednesday evening through Saturday evening hunt with Sunday morning departure.

• Absolutely no arrivals before 1:00 pm!!
• 2 Deer per day
• Doe tags available starting September 15th (no additional fees)
• All Bucks must have 4 points on one side, at least 1" long or 14" inside spread
• $200.00 find for any deer not meeting these requirements
• $200.00 fine for any deer under 70 lbs.
• $300.00 fine for additional deer shot at or taken on am or pm hunt
• 4 Hunters per day maximum
• $100.00 per day for Non-Hunter (provided we have availability to accommodate)

Turkey Season (March 15^th to May 1^st)

Hunt Package:  $250.00/person

Absolutely no arrivals before 5:00pm

Note:   1 Gobbler on am and 1 Gobbler on pm hunt, NO JAKES!!

$200.00 fine fore jake or extra Gobbler killed or crippled on each hunt.

• $100.00 per day for Non-Hunter

Game Cleaning:

Deer:  All deer will be taken to one of the local processors for cleaning and quartering/processing with processing at their cost.

Add $5.00 to any of the above costs for any deer that is caped for taxidermy purposes.

Turkey:  We will gladly skin your gobbler at no cost.  A $5.00 charge for gobblers to be prepared for taxidermy purposes.

Hunting Licenses

All hunters are required to have a valid South Carolina Hunting License and Big Game Tag hunt deer and turkey.  Anyone born after 1979 must have a valid Hunters Safety Course Certification to hunt in the state of South Carolina.  Hunting License and Big Game Permits are not included in the price of the hunts.

Deer Hunters must have a hunting license and big game permit.

The Central & Southeastern areas of Saskatchewan are well known for its trophy genetics. These areas have been off limits to non-native hunters over the past unless you were accompanied by a licensed native guide. Typically these services had not been available in this area until recently, which means that the hunting pressure is non-existent.
